RETURN POLICY
Remy Forged wheels are manufactured on a custom made-to-order basis and built to each customer’s unique specifications. Each wheel is unique and made-to-order to customer specifications, therefore, Remy Forged wheels are NOT eligible for returns or refunds.
REMY FORGED LIMITED WARRANTY
Warranty. Remy Forged warrants to the original owner that products supplied by Remy Forged are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use, for a period of one (1) year from the original time of purchase.
Warranty Adjustment. (1) Remy Forged agrees to repair or replace at Remy Forged sole discretion, without charge, any Remy Forged product which is returned, at the original owner’s expense, to Remy Forged ( shipping charges prepaid by buyer ), and which after examination, show that said product has failed in normal use and service due to defects in material and/or workmanship. (2) Buyer shall notify Remy Forged of any defects within the warranty period no later than thirty (30) days after a defect is discovered.
Exclusions from Warranty. (1) This warranty is solely for the original owner of any Remy Forged product. Transfer of title of any Remy Forged product by the original owner voids this warranty. (2) This warranty is limited solely to the above and applies only for the period set forth. (3) This express warranty is not applicable to Remy Forged products, which have been installed with hardware other than Remy Forged approved hardware. Use of any other hardware automatically voids all warranties. (4) This warranty does not extend to any Remy Forged product, which has been subject to misuses, abuse, neglect, accident or negligence. (5) This warranty does not extend or apply to any wheel, which has been repaired or altered at any place other than Remy Forged facility or by persons not expressly approved by Remy Forged. (6) Any repair or replacement done by Remy Forged shall not include installation and/or balance. (7) Remy Forged will not be liable for any loss, damage, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based upon warranty, contract, or negligence and arising in connection with the sale, use or repair of the product. (8) Remy Forged maximum liability shall not, in any case, exceed the contract price for the price for the products claimed to be defective or unsuitable.
Remy Forged reserves the right to make changes or improvements in designs, material or specifications or to make product changes without incurring any obligation to change or improve products supplied prior hereto. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights under state laws. No warranty or representation by any other than Remy Forged will be binding on the supplier.
