Return & Refund Policy

At Remy Forged and Remy Auto Performance, many of our products are built, customized, or ordered specifically for each customer. This includes custom forged wheels, custom steering wheels, and made-to-order performance parts.

Because these products are personalized and cannot be resold as standard inventory, all sales are final once an order has been placed.

No Returns or Exchanges

Custom forged wheels, custom finishes, made-to-order parts, special-order items, steering wheels, and any product customized to a customer’s requested specifications are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

This includes, but is not limited to, products customized by:

  • Wheel size, width, offset, bolt pattern, center bore, finish, or center caps

  • Steering wheel style, material, stitching, trim, buttons, heating, LED options, or airbag selection

  • Vehicle-specific fitment, color, configuration, or special-order requests

Orders cannot be returned due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, fitment preference, color variation, or because the customer no longer wants the item.

Order Review & Fitment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details before submitting payment, including vehicle information, fitment, measurements, specifications, finishes, and selected options.

Remy Forged and Remy Auto Performance are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect vehicle information, customer-provided measurements, improper installation, modifications made after purchase, or use outside the product’s intended application.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the confirmed order specifications, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

We will review the claim and, when applicable, work with you on an appropriate resolution. Do not install, mount, modify, or use the item before contacting us, as installed or altered items are not eligible for review.

Shipping Damage

Any visible shipping damage should be noted with the carrier at delivery whenever possible. Keep all original packaging, shipping materials, and product contents until the claim has been reviewed.

Cancellations

Because many orders are processed, reserved, or sent into production shortly after purchase, cancellation requests may not be accepted once an order has been confirmed or production has begun. Any approved cancellation may be subject to non-refundable fees, supplier charges, or payment processing fees.
