Limited Warranty Policies & Information

Remy Forged and Remy Auto Performance stand behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty applies to eligible products purchased directly from Remy Forged or Remy Auto Performance by the original purchaser.

One-Year Limited Warranty Coverage

Remy Forged and Remy Auto Performance provide a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

This warranty applies to custom forged wheels and Remy Auto Performance parts that are determined to have a manufacturing defect.

If a covered defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Remy Forged and/or Remy Auto Performance will, at its discretion:

• Repair the defective product;

• Replace the defective product or component with a comparable product or component; or

• Provide another appropriate remedy, as permitted by applicable law.

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failures resulting from:

• Improper installation, mounting, balancing, alignment, maintenance, or repair;

• Incorrect vehicle fitment, customer-provided measurements, or improper wheel, tire, or part selection;

• Road hazards, potholes, curbs, accidents, collisions, impacts, racing, off-road use, or track use;

• Abuse, misuse, neglect, improper storage, or use outside the product’s intended application;

• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic wear, scratches, chips, fading, discoloration, corrosion, or finish damage caused by road conditions, chemicals, brake dust, improper cleaning products, or environmental exposure;

• Damage caused by tire installation, wheel mounting, removal, transportation, shipping, or third-party handling;

• Modifications, alterations, repairs, refinishing, welding, drilling, machining, or changes made after delivery;

• Damage caused by another vehicle component, mechanical failure, suspension issue, brake issue, or improper tire pressure;

• Labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, alignment costs, balancing costs, towing, rental vehicles, shipping costs, or other incidental expenses;

• Used, resale, transferred, discounted, clearance, or unauthorized third-party purchases, unless otherwise approved in writing.

Electronics, Airbags, and Third-Party Components

Electronic components, airbags, buttons, modules, wiring, LED components, and other third-party parts may be covered only by the original manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Remy Forged and Remy Auto Performance do not guarantee compatibility with every vehicle configuration, modification, or aftermarket component.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, contact us within the one-year warranty period and provide:

• Proof of purchase;

• Your order number;

• The purchaser’s name and contact information;

• Clear photos and videos of the claimed issue;

• Photos of the product installed on the vehicle, if applicable;

• A description of the issue and vehicle information.

Do not repair, modify, refinish, mount, install, or continue using a product with a suspected defect before contacting us. Doing so may affect eligibility for warranty review.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Remy Forged and/or Remy Auto Performance. The customer may be responsible for shipping the product to us for inspection unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remy Forged and Remy Auto Performance are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including vehicle damage, loss of use, loss of income, towing, labor, installation, removal, or replacement costs.

Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this one-year Limited Warranty to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to every customer.
